Note-Taking Reflection

Taking notes using blackboard was in some ways very helpful, but in other ways very tedious. I really liked the ability to coherently organize my ideas and thoughts, considering my terrible handwriting. And it is good to have a centralized place that holds all of my sources and ideas in one spot. It did enable me to have quick, secure access to the notes, and they couldn’t be lost. It was a little more in depth to have to transfer everything onto blackboard, instead of just writing it down on a piece of paper.
I suppose it’s a good thing for the notes to be on the discussion board, that way the other students can offer constructive criticism about the content of your chosen sources. A little third party subjectivity is sometimes very good for a project. Note taking on blackboard can be very good for collaborative projects where any person in the group can access the notes from any computer, allowing for everyone to get more work done.
